Bianca is currently the President of Red Carpet Communications, full service public relations, marketing, event management and consulting firm. Red Carpet clients include major colleges, political figures, financial institutions, city and local governments and law firms.

Bianca earned a Bachelors of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina and  a Masters degree in Organizational Change and Leadership from Columbia College. She has held positions as a CRA Mortgage Loan officer at a South Carolina based bank and as the Promotions Director for a local television station. Bianca currently serves on the Benedict College and Allen University Community Development Corporation and a past member of the Columbia Empowerment Zone and was a founding member of Columbia’s Opportunity Resource (COR). Bianca has previously served on a wide range of community boards which include, the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce Board, Columbia Development Corporation (Executive Committee Board Member), Habitat for Humanity (Finance Committee), Harvest Hope Food Bank (Public Relations Committee), Greater Columbia Community Relations Council and served as the President of the Columbia Young Professionals, a division of the Columbia Urban League.

Bianca is a 2005 graduate of Leadership Columbia, a member of Women in Philanthropy and in 2008 was named one of the “Top 20 under 40” by the State Newspaper, and Young Professional of the Year by the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce. Bianca was appointed to newly elected, Columbia Mayor Steve Benjamin’s transition team’s for economic development and Red Carpet Communications was instrumental in organizing and planning Mayor Benjamin’s Inaugural Ball and week of activities. Bianca also lead the organization of the Inaugural Talented Tenth Conference, an initiative to engage young African Americans in the Columbia area in politics, economic development and employment opportunities. Bianca is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
